One-to-One Technical Assistance

MicroTrends provides customer-facing White-Glove Technical Assistance through Trader Success VIP (TSV), a trading name of MicroTrends Limited.

The service is for futures traders who want personal help installing, connecting, configuring or troubleshooting NinjaTrader and compatible hybrid algorithmic trading systems.

NinjaTrader Installation

Assistance installing NinjaTrader and preparing the platform for the required trading software, data services and account connections.

Trading-System Setup

Help installing and configuring eligible indicators, trading systems, chart templates and turnkey trading workspaces.

Platform and Account Connections

Assistance connecting supported market-data services, brokerage accounts or futures prop-firm accounts to NinjaTrader.

Workspace Configuration

Help loading, arranging and configuring charts, instruments, trading controls and supplied workspaces for the trader’s intended use.

Troubleshooting

Personal assistance identifying and resolving eligible installation, connection, configuration and operational problems.

Remote Assistance

Scheduled screen sharing or permission-based remote assistance can be provided when direct help is required to complete setup or resolve a technical problem.

ATS White-Glove Assistance

Trader Success VIP is a trading name of MicroTrends Limited and operates as an authorized sales affiliate and independent service provider for Algo Trading Systems LLC.

White-Glove assistance is available for eligible ATS products and can include ATS Universal Account onboarding, Trader Launch Pad setup, NinjaTrader installation, AFT and AWT configuration, platform connections and turnkey workspace setup.

Trader Success VIP is listed as an authorized service provider in the ATS Ecosystem.

Fast-Track Zero to Hero

Fast-Track Zero to Hero combines White-Glove Technical Assistance with one-to-one Trader Coaching and Trade Mastery.

The service begins with account onboarding, installation, connections and workspace setup, then continues into personal Zero-to-Hero orientation and instruction.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule in advance using the link in your confirmation email, or contact [email protected]. Repeated missed meetings without notice may restrict access to future bookings.

If there are meeting difficulties, we will email you and may call the telephone number you provided. We may also send a transactional SMS if you have explicitly opted in. See the SMS information below.
